VCRS - VIP/CIP Reservation Suite

VIP / CIP Management Reservation Suite  is a complete Reservation Suite delivering all the necessary functionalities to manage reservation operations throughout the airport. The system consists of two main parts:

The reservation system on the storefront enabling both the operation personnel and the customers to perform necessary operations for VIP/CIP bookings.

The second part is the module where all the managerial operations are performed comprising pricing , resource planning , reporting , decision support tools and other comprehensive capabilities.
The product enables the VIP/CIP Service operators  to manage multiple airports from a single point. Another outstanding feature included is Loyalty Card Management System, enabling the VIP/CIP operators to possess another precious component. 

The project is in development phase and planned to be implemented in 5 airports in the 3rd quarter of 2008.
