TAV IT Operation and Support Team provides Operation and Support, Planning and Design, Installation, Configuration and Integration for Airport IT Systems.

In a variety of airports operated by TAV Airports Co. all Networking services as Data & Telephony Infrastructure, Airport &Terminal Systems (AODB, CUTE, FIDS, BRS, BHS, GOS, PBX, Carpark, Finance Systems, and Backoffice Systems) are supported with maximum security by high level experienced Operation & Support Team. These services are provided with ITIL based service desk organisation in central approach so that the incident records are monitored by in a common architecture, for each location and related problem group.

TAV Information Technologies Operation and Support Team’s main objective is to provide 7X24 high level operation quality resulting with high level customer satisfaction.

In all new Airport projects,  Planning and Design of systems are made by TAV IT Operation & Support Team . For Infrastructure Systems,  Network and Airport Sub Systems, Financial Systems, Database Systems; hardware and software requirements are defined and  necessary infrastructure is  designed and prepared for implementation.

According to the business needs of the customers, various in-house and off-the-shelf backoffice applications such as Document Management Systems, File Server Systems, Web based applications, Mail Servers, other off-the-shelf applications, other inhouse developed applications are installed and supported.
